Wynton Hall

Wynton Hall is a Visiting Fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University. Labeled a “rising star” in the field of presidential communication, his work has been published in the New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Times, International Herald Tribune, The Examiner, Toronto Globe and Mail, National Review Online, NewsMax Magazine, Human Events, Presidential Studies Quarterly, Western Journal of Communication, Business Research Yearbook, RealClearPolitics, Leadership Excellence Magazine, and The Politico.

Hall is a frequent guest on numerous television and nationally syndicated radio programs, including Bill O'Reilly's "The Radio Factor," "The Michael Reagan Show," the "700 Club," and C-SPAN2's Book TV program, and BBC News. 

Hall is the author or coauthor of four books.  In 2007, Wynton Hall published, The Right Words: Great Republican Speeches that Shaped History.  The book was hailed by GOP insiders as a "must-read."

In 2006, Hall and President Reagan's Secretary of Defense and the former chairman of Forbes, Caspar Weinberger, published Home of the Brave: Honoring the Unsung Heroes in the War on Terror (Forge/St. Martin's Press, 2006). The book chronicled the jaw-dropping valor of 19 of the most highly decorated soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines fighting in the War on Terror. Sean Hannity called it "One of the most important books yet written about the War on Terror."

In 2004, Hall, along with President Ronald Reagan’s chief political strategist and pollster, Dick Wirthlin, wrote The Greatest Communicator: What Ronald Reagan Taught Me about Politics, Leadership, and Life.  

In the realm of academic literature, Hall and Peter Schweizer co-edited Landmark Speeches of the American Conservative Movement for Texas A&M University Press.  The book was released in 2007 and was endorsed by former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich.  

In addition to writing books, Hall is a highly sought after high-stakes communication strategist, ghostwriter, and speechwriter.  Hall's client list reads like a "Who's Who" of leaders in myriad fields, such as:  America's top CEOs, White House presidential officials, college presidents, nationally-known lawyers, Fox News TV personalities, NCAA Hall of Fame coaches, internationally-known motivational speakers, and Fortune 500 companies. In 2007, one of his ghoswritten works went on to become a Washington Post bestseller.

Wynton Hall's reputation as a powerful and dynamic keynote speaker is well-earned.  In 2008, Hall delivered the keynote address for the Dow Jones VentureOne Summit.  His keynote addresses have also appeared on C-SPAN2 Book TV and range from corporate audiences to college campuses, such as Stanford University, George Washington University, and the University of Georgia.

He is a recipient of the Texas A&M University Distinguished Research Award.  He is also a past member of the eight-person National Task Force on the Presidency and Public Opinion, which is comprised of some of the nation's top presidential scholars.

Hall was previously an intern for United States Senator Connie Mack and also worked in the Florida State Senate.

He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in political campaigning, speechwriting, communications, and presidential rhetoric at Texas A&M University, East Tennessee State University, and Bainbridge College.

Hall holds a M.A. from Texas A&M University with an emphasis in Rhetoric and Public Affairs. He received his B.A in Political Science from the University of Florida.
